• Indiana: Classifies 7-hydroxymitragynine as a Schedule I controlled substance.
• Alabama: Kratom and its alkaloids are banned entirely.
• Arkansas: Prohibits all forms of kratom, including its alkaloids.
• Wisconsin: Classifies kratom alkaloids as Schedule I substances.
• Vermont: Bans kratom and its derivatives.
• Rhode Island: Prohibits kratom and its alkaloids.

Additionally, Max7OH will not ship to any county or municipality where kratom or its derivatives are banned, including but not limited to Sarasota County, Florida, and San Diego, California.
