At Max7OH, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 1PM Central time are processed and shipped that day after payment confirmation. For orders before 4:00 PM, we make a diligent effort to ship the same day but cannot guarantee it. Orders placed after the 1PM Central cut-off time will ship the following day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.

  • For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping option.

  • UPS 2nd day air is a 2 business day service and the shipment will not move during weekends. 

  • Next day air is a 1 business day service that does not deliver on the weekends. 

  • A next day air order placed on Friday before the 1:00 PM CST cut-off will leave our facility that day UPS will not deliver until Monday. A 2nd day air order placed on Friday before cut-off would deliver on Tuesday.

  • We cannot guarantee 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air orders will be delivered on time. We will get the package to UPS or USPS, but after that, we have no control of transit times unfortunately.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship exclusively within the United States.

  • Due to legal restrictions, we do not ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin.

  • Additionally, we do not ship to the following cities and counties: San Diego, CA; Denver, CO; Sarasota County, FL; and Jerseyville, IL.

  • We do not ship to cities, counties, or states where our product is not legal.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with local laws regarding kratom. Max7OH is not liable for shipments seized due to local legal restrictions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns and Refunds Policy

At Max7OH, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at support@max7oh.com, and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a resolution. If the issue is a result of our error, we will take full responsibility and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Capsules

  • Certain extracts

  • Liquid products

  • Opened consumable products

  • Items marked as final sale

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@max7oh.com.

7-Hydroxymitragynine Restrictions (No Shipments Allowed):

  • Tennessee: Prohibits synthetic or chemically altered derivatives of 7-hydroxymitragynine
  • Indiana: Classifies 7-hydroxymitragynine as a Schedule I controlled substance
  • Texas: Prohibits kratom products containing more than 2% 7-hydroxymitragynine
  • Alabama, Arkansas, Wisconsin, Vermont, Rhode Island: Bans all kratom alkaloids, including 7-hydroxymitragynine

Max7OH does not ship to any county or municipality where kratom or its derivatives are banned, even if not explicitly listed above.

By purchasing from Max7OH, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You are responsible for knowing and complying with your local and state laws regarding kratom and its alkaloids before purchasing.
  • Our system blocks restricted locations during checkout, but it remains the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.
  • Max7OH assumes no liability for orders seized due to legal restrictions or for any legal consequences resulting from purchases made in restricted or prohibited jurisdictions.
  • Kratom and its alkaloids, including 7-hydroxymitragynine, may be habit-forming. Use responsibly and consult your doctor before use, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications.
  • Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and have not been evaluated by the FDA.
  • Kratom may have psychoactive effects and should not be used while operating heavy machinery or driving.
  • Our products are not for sale to individuals under the legal age in their state or locality.
