Processing Time
- Orders placed before 1PM Central time are processed and shipped that day after payment confirmation. For orders before 4:00 PM, we make a diligent effort to ship the same day but cannot guarantee it. Orders after the 1PM central cut-off time will ship the following day.
- We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.
- For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping option.
- We cannot guarantee 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air orders will be delivered on time. We will get the package to UPS or USPS, but after that we have no control of transit times.
Shipping Restrictions
- We ship exclusively within the United States.
- Due to legal restrictions, we do not ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin.
- Additionally, we do not ship to the following cities and counties: San Diego, CA; Denver, CO; Sarasota County, FL; and Jerseyville, IL.
- We do not ship to cities, counties, or States where our product is not legal.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with local laws regarding kratom. Max7OH is not liable for shipments seized due to local legal restrictions.

- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns and Refunds Policy
At Max7OH, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, opened consumable products, and items marked as final sale.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at support@max7oh.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Upon approval, we will provide you with return shipping information.
- Return goods are shipped to us with receipt or proof of purchase information.
- We will verify and inspect returned items.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- The refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued back to you via the original payment platform.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
- If the reason for the return is our error, we will credit shipping costs.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@max7oh.com.
